Can I receive money from abroad at your offices?
Yes. Transfers sent with Ria, MoneyGram or Western Union can be collected in cash at any of our offices. Bring a valid ID document and the transfer number the sender gave you.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Come to any of our offices and we will serve you at the desk.
How do I know my payment has gone through?
Every payment and transfer is processed through EasyPay, Ria, MoneyGram or Western Union, which are regulated payment services, and you receive a receipt for each one.
Who can use your financial services?
Anyone aged 18 or over. To send or receive money you also need a valid ID document, such as an identity card or a passport.
