Who can use our services
Our financial services are available to anyone aged 18 or over. To send or receive money, you need a valid ID document, such as an identity card or a passport.
What’s included
Household bills
Electricity, water, heating, phone, internet and TV. You only need your customer number with the company.
Local taxes and fees
Property and vehicle taxes and building maintenance fees, paid with your personal number. Available for over 200 municipalities.
Transfers within Bulgaria
Money sent to any EasyPay desk in the country, usually ready to collect within minutes.
Bank transfers
Payments to bank accounts in Bulgaria and abroad, for rent, fees, loan and insurance instalments and more.
Online orders
Orders from online shops paid in cash with the 10-digit code the shop sends you, and top-ups for accounts that accept EasyPay.
EasyPay cards
Bcard and Mastercard payment cards, issued on the spot at the desk.
Payouts
Money that a company pays out to you through EasyPay, collected in cash at the desk with a valid ID document.

Which bills can I pay?
Bills from most utility, telecom and internet companies in Bulgaria, local taxes in over 200 municipalities, and payments to many other companies in the EasyPay network. If you are unsure about a particular company, ask at the desk or send us a message.
What do I need to bring?
Usually the bill or your customer number with the company. To collect a payout, you need a valid ID document.
Is there a fee?
Some payments are free of charge and some carry a small fee set by EasyPay. We always tell you the amount before you pay.
