About us
World Outsourcing Matrix is a Bulgarian company. We have been an official EasyPay representative since 2022, and we provide outsourced operations for other companies.
At our own offices we provide every EasyPay service, together with international money transfers with Ria, MoneyGram and Western Union, which are available through the EasyPay network. Our customers pay household and other bills, send money to family abroad, and collect transfers and payouts.
Alongside the offices, we help international companies set up in Bulgaria, from the legal entity and its compliance to running their local operations, and we provide customer support and back-office services. Our headquarters is in Sofia, Bulgaria, and our offices are in Montana and the north-west region. We are also looking to grow through franchise partnerships with brands in logistics, call centre and customer service work, and with international companies entering the Bulgarian market.

Our founders have held executive leadership roles in operations at international companies. That experience covers five sectors, and each one shapes how we work today.

How payments work at our offices
Licensed payment services
Every payment is processed by EasyPay, a company licensed by the Bulgarian National Bank. International transfers go through Ria, MoneyGram or Western Union.
The cost before you pay
Fees are set by EasyPay or by the transfer service. We tell you the full amount before you pay.
A receipt for every payment
Each payment is recorded in the EasyPay system straight away, and your receipt is the proof.
