World Outsourcing Matrix

International money transfers.

Through the EasyPay network we offer Ria, MoneyGram and Western Union, three of the world’s largest money transfer services. You can send money to family and friends abroad, or receive money sent to you, in cash at our desk.

Who can use our services

Our financial services are available to anyone aged 18 or over. To send or receive money, you need a valid ID document, such as an identity card or a passport.

What’s included

  • Sending money abroad

You pay in cash at the desk. The recipient collects the money from an agent in their country or, where the service allows, receives it in a bank account or mobile wallet.

  • Receiving a transfer

Bring your ID document and the transfer number from the sender. We check the details and pay out the amount in cash.

  • Fees shown in advance

The fee and exchange rate are set by Ria, MoneyGram or Western Union. We tell you the full amount before you pay, and you receive a receipt.

  • Tracking

Every transfer has its own number, which the sender and the recipient can use to follow it online.

Questions

Why do you need my ID?

Money transfer services are required by law to identify every sender and recipient, as part of the rules against money laundering. We check your document for this purpose only.

What do I need to send money?

A valid ID document, the recipient’s full name as it appears on their ID, and the country they are in. For larger amounts you may also be asked about the source of the funds.

What do I need to receive a transfer?

A valid ID document and the transfer number the sender gave you. The name on your ID must match the name on the transfer.

Can someone else collect a transfer for me?

No. The money is paid only to the person named on the transfer, on presentation of their own valid ID document.

Which service should I use?

It depends on where the money is going and how the recipient wants to receive it. Fees and exchange rates differ, so at the desk we can tell you the cost with each service before you decide.

How long does a transfer take?

Cash transfers are usually ready to collect within minutes. Transfers to a bank account can take longer, depending on the country and the bank.
